Ready-to-eat Jasberry Rice With Toasted Mushrooms

Healthy meal in a hurry? This is an amazingly quick recipe with just a few ingredients that you always have at home. With a pouch of RTE Jasberry rice, mushrooms, onions, parsley and thyme, you can easily create a healthy meal in less than 20 minutes. This naturally gluten-free and vegan dish can even be made ahead of time for lunch or as a quick dinner idea. Let us know how you like it! Happy cooking!


1 pack Ready-to-eat Jasberry Rice Original
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup vegetable broth
250g mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp parsley, minced
fresh thyme for garnish
salt and black pepper to taste


1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion, cook until starting to brown, put in vegetable broth, mushrooms and cook for a minute.

2. Add Ready-to-eat Jasberry Rice Original straight from the pouch then keep stirring constantly, for 30 second, put in parsley, mix well, add salt & pepper to taste. Turn off heat.

3. Garnish with fresh thyme then serve. Enjoy!
