Ingredients

1 pack Ready-to-eat Jasberry Rice Coconut
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup sweetened condensed coconut milk
2 tbsp non-dairy milk of your choice
2 mangos
vegan vanilla ice cream

Instructions

1. Stir sweeten condensed coconut milk, non-dairy milk, and coconut sugar. Mix well and divide in half.

2. Mix the Ready-to-eat Jasberry Rice Coconut with first portion of the dressing.

3. Add a big scoop of Ready-to-eat Jasberry Rice Coconut to 2 bowls, and top each bowl with diced mango. Repeat for double layers.

4. Top each bowl with a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream and pour each bowl with the rest of the dressing.
