Ingredients

1 pack Ready-to-eat Jasberry Rice Original
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
1 tbsp organic coconut sugar
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 ripe mango
2 oranges
1/2 cup toasted cashews
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
cilantro for garnish

Instructions

1. Heat up Ready-to-eat Jasberry Rice Original based on packet instructions.

2. In a mixing bowl, whisk lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce, coconut sugar, and coconut oil together then add in the rice.

3. Add the mangoes, oranges, cashews, cilantro, and red onions. Then mix well.

4. Garnish with cilantro and serve. Enjoy!
